Vanaf 5/4/24 heeft de "Ostsee Anbindungsleitung" (OAL) een tweede eigenaar: Fluxys Deutschland GmbH. De vervoersnetbeheerder uit Düsseldorf heeft een belang van 25 procent in de leiding verworven van GASCADE Gastransport GmbH. Fluxys Deutschland zal de bijhorende vervoerscapaciteit in de toekomst zelfstandig commercialiseren.
Publi-T heeft een principeakkoord ondertekend met Fluxys NV om Publi-T in staat te stellen toekomstige kapitaalverhogingen van Elia Group te volgen. Samen zullen ze een nieuwe dochteronderneming oprichten waarin Publi-T zijn belang van 44,79% in Elia Group zal inbrengen. Wanneer nodig zullen Publi-T en Fluxys NV bijkomend kapitaal bijdragen aan die dochteronderneming om haar aandeel in toekomstige kapitaalbehoeften van Elia Group te financieren. In de nieuwe structuur zal Publi-T de referentieaandeelhouder van Elia Group blijven, met Fluxys NV als minderheidsinvesteerder.

Tijdens het eerste semester van 2019 steeg het aantal schepen die bij de LNG-terminal Zeebrugge aanmeerden met 123% ten opzichte van dezelfde periode in 2018. Fluxys Belgium ziet ook een markante stijging in het aantal geladen LNG-tankwagens.
Extensive inspections on TENP I (Trans Europa Naturgas Pipeline), one of the two natural gas transmission pipelines of the dual gas transmission system from Bocholtz (on the German/Dutch border) to Wallbach (on the German/Swiss border), have revealed corrosion defects, as published by Open Grid Europe GmbH (OGE) and Fluxys TENP GmbH (Fluxys TENP), the transmission system operators of the TENP (Trans Europa Naturgas Pipeline) pipeline System, on 27th September 2017.
The delivery period runs from 1 January 2020, 06:00 hours, for an indefinite period.
The heating gas should be delivered at the point Achim II in the market area GASPOOL.
