Interested bidders can submit their bids by 4 June 2025 at 14:00 hours at the latest.
The prequalification phase for both tenders ends on 27 May 2025 at 14:00 hours.

Lommel, 26 mei 2025 — Vandaag markeert een belangrijke mijlpaal in de Belgische energietransitie, aangezien Green Logix de eerste biomethaanproductie van het land heeft opgestart die direct is aangesloten op het Fluxys-netwerk.
Een opsteker voor de verduurzaming van het langeafstandsvervoer met vrachtwagens: op een boogscheut van de E42 opende in Houdeng nabij La Louvière het tweede LNG-tankstation van Fluxys en transporteur Mattheeuws.
Moederbedrijf Fluxys heeft in de haven van Antwerpen aan kaai 526-528 de concessie overgenomen om vloeibaar aardgas (LNG) als alternatieve brandstof ter beschikking te kunnen stellen van de scheepvaart. Dat is een van de speerpunten van het Havenbedrijf om de havenactiviteiten te verduurzamen. Fluxys breidt de mobiele LNG-scheepsbevoorrading van vandaag tegen eind volgend jaar ook uit met een vaste installatie.
In een open brief roepen Bellona Europa, Natuur & Milieu, Fluxys, Port of Antwerp, North Sea Port, Holcim België NV, Benelux Business Roundtable, Smart Delta Resources, TotalEnergies en Clean Air Task Force, de Nederlandse, Belgische en Duitse overheden op om beter en meer samen te werken rond het klimaatvriendelijk maken van de zware industrie. ‘Grensoverschrijdende infrastructuur is essentieel om de klimaatdoelstellingen te halen’, zegt de bijzondere coalitie. Ze benadrukt de nood aan een gezamenlijke visie voor de afvang en permanente opslag van CO2-emissies.
Fluxys bouwt volop verder aan de waterstofeconomie. Voor het waterstofnet met open toegang in de Antwerpse haven komt nu ook Plug Power aan boord.

Fluxys Belgium and GasLINE have signed an infrastructure cooperation agreement with a view to facilitate fibre-optic network expansion in Western Europe. Both companies have large networks in their respective countries in Belgium and Germany. Frankfurt am Main as a telecommunications hub with international relevance is an important destination for Fluxys Belgium’s dark fibre customers, and GasLINE is expanding its marketable fibre-optic infrastructure specifically into neighbouring countries.

Today, the Gas for Climate consortium published an Action Plan to rapidly implement the targets set out in the European Commission’s REPowerEU communication. The paper presents immediate actions aimed at accelerated scale-up and integration of renewable gases in Europe. If implemented in full, these actions could positively impact Europe’s security of supply, speed up the implementation of climate goals and alleviate part of the energy cost pressure from households and companies.
Vandaag hebben de Noordwest-Europese aardgasvervoersnetbeheerders hun Regionaal Investeringsplan 2017 gepubliceerd (NW GRIP 2017). Bovenop de stand van zaken over de infrastructuurontwikkeling in de regio, spitst het NW GRIP 2017 zich toe op de manier waarop gasinfrastructuur kan bijdragen tot een duurzame energietransitie en op de conversie van laagcalorisch naar hoogcalorisch aardgas in België, Frankrijk en Duitsland.
Fluxys, Air Liquide, BASF, Borealis, INEOS, ExxonMobil, Port of Antwerp en Total hebben een samenwerkingsovereenkomst getekend als eerste stap in de mogelijke ontwikkeling van een CO2 infrastructuur.
