2026 - Market consultation 5: Fluxys c-grid and Fluxys c-grid Antwerp -accompanying principles to the tariff proposals 2027-2028 for Flanders Region and for the Antwerp cluster

Fluxys c-grid and Fluxys c-gird Antwerp hereby publish their accompanying principles to the tariff proposals 2027-2028 (“Begeleidende Nota aan het Tariefvoorstel”) for the Flemish Region and for the Antwerp cluster for consultation with interested stakeholders.

These accompanying principles set out the basis for establishing the tariff proposals of CO₂ transport in the Flemish Region and the Antwerp cluster.

Furthermore, indicative tariffs for the Flemish region and for the Antwerp cluster are provided to facilitate a better understanding of these accompanying principles. These tariffs are expressed in €/TPA in 2027 terms.

CO₂ - Indicative tarieven VLA 2027

At this stage, preliminary and informal exchanges have taken place with the Vlaamse Nutsregulator (VNR) on certain principles regarding the tariff design. These exchanges are not finalised and do not constitute approval, endorsement, or informal agreement by the VNR on the content of the proposed principles. Any regulatory assessment or approval will take place exclusively within the framework of the formal approval process.
