Market integrity and transparency
Market integrity and transparency are key for Fluxys Deutschland as they play a crucial role in avoiding market manipulation and trading based on inside information.
REMIT (Regulation (EU) No 1227/2011) introduces a legal framework to monitor wholesale energy markets. Therefore, Fluxys Deutschland provides trade and fundamental data to the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) who play a central role in this monitoring framework.
Additionally, Fluxys Deutschland publishes the following information:
- Urgent market messages (UMMs) in accordance with Article 4(1) of REMIT.
- Information on maintenance activity.
- Transparency information required by Chapter 3 of Annex 1 to Regulation (EC) No 715/2009.

Publication of financial indicators to promote transparency in determining the allowed revenues or target revenues of transmission system operators, methods, parameters and values used.
