Fluxys Belgium market consultation 74: Update of annex 7 of the Standard Connection Agreement – Local Producer - Non-Compatible Gas

Participate in our market consultation that will take place from 31 July 2026 to 28 August 2026. The following changes are introduced in the regulatory document:

• Annex 1 (Operational Procedures) of the Standard Connection Agreement - Local Producers - Non-Compatible Gas
  

1. Contractual and legal wording:

• Clarify terminology and definitions
• Ensure consistency with the Connection Agreement

2. Metrology requirements:

• Metering system according to EN 1776
• Add the possibility for mass measurements as custody transfer (versus volume measurement with volume conversion device)

3. Safety and gas quality:

• Updated safeguarding philosophy + relaxation of the target mitigated event likelihood table
• Being more specific regarding physical access rights to the metering facilities for Fluxys
