The Zeebrugge LNG terminal loaded the Yenisei River vessel with LNG from the newly commissioned LNG storage tank in late December. The loading operation marked the start of the long-term contract for transshipments concluded in 2015 with Yamal Trade.

Infrastructure group Fluxys and its subsidiary Fluxys LNG are gauging the market's interest in importing low-carbon molecules from the terminal at Zeebrugge. With this market initiative, Fluxys is anticipating the need for large-scale decarbonisation.
Fluxys has agreed to acquire from Macquarie Asset Management its c. 24% stake in Open Grid Europe (“OGE”), the largest transmission system operator in Germany. The acquisition fits perfectly with Fluxys’ strategy to be the essential infrastructure partner for speeding up the energy transition.

EIG, a leading institutional investor to the global energy and infrastructure sectors, and Fluxys, a leading energy infrastructure company, today announced that they jointly will acquire an 80% equity stake in GNL Quintero S.A. (“Quintero”), the largest liquefied natural gas (LNG) regasification terminal in Chile, from Enagas Chile SpA and affiliates of OMERS Infrastructure. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
As of the 5th of April 2024, the "Ostsee Anbindungsleitung" (OAL) has a second owner: Fluxys Deutschland GmbH. The Düsseldorf-based transmission system operator has acquired a 25 percent share in the pipeline from GASCADE Gastransport GmbH. During the first half of 2019, the number of ships docking at the Zeebrugge LNG terminal rose by 123% compared to the same period in 2018. Fluxys Belgium is also seeing a sharp increase in the number of LNG trucks loaded.
Extensive inspections on TENP I (Trans Europa Naturgas Pipeline), one of the two natural gas transmission pipelines of the dual gas transmission system from Bocholtz (on the German/Dutch border) to Wallbach (on the German/Swiss border), have revealed corrosion defects, as published by Open Grid Europe GmbH (OGE) and Fluxys TENP GmbH (Fluxys TENP), the transmission system operators of the TENP (Trans Europa Naturgas Pipeline) pipeline System, on 27th September 2017.
The delivery period runs from 1 January 2020, 06:00 hours, for an indefinite period.
The heating gas should be delivered at the point Achim II in the market area GASPOOL.
