What to do in case of damage to Fluxys infrastructure?

    Do not use mobile phones or electronic devices in the vicinity.
    Are you using a machine? Turn off the engine.
    Do not smoke!
    Move away from the damage area and seek shelter
    • If there is no gas leak, stand at least 50 metres away.
    • If there is a gas leak, stand at least 200 metres away.
    Call the Fluxys emergency number (0800 90 102) or the emergency services (112) and follow the instructions. Describe the location and extent of the leak as accurately as possible.
