Fluxys LNG: Subscription Window for Truck Loading Slots at Zeebrugge for 2026
Fluxys LNG is pleased to announce the launch of a Subscription Window for 12.210 slots in 2026. This Subscription Window is a new opportunity for our clients to further secure or increase their capacity for the upcoming year.
As outlined in the Terms and Conditions of this Subscription Window and illustrated below, the period for submitting a binding request will be open from Wednesday 10 December 2025 at 9:00 AM CET, until Monday 15 December 2025 at 12:00 PM CET (Noon).
The allocated capacities resulting from the subscription Window will be communicated to each participant individually at the latest on Wednesday 17 December at 6:00 PM CET.
Following the allocation, the effective scheduling of the secured capacities in the scheduling tool will start on Thursday 18 December, at 10:00 AM CET.
If there are any slots left, these will be offered based on the “First Committed, First Served” principle after this Subscription Window as from Monday 5th January 2026.
Evolution of the offering going to more Unassisted Loadings slots
Following significant progress in unassisted services and in the technical capabilities of the bays, the commercial capacity will increase by 2,000 slots compared to 2025, reaching a total of 16,000 slots in 2026. Considering the 3,790 slots already allocated to the market for next year during previous windows, including the limited transfer of capacity offered during the window of last week, Fluxys LNG is now launching a Subscription Window for an additional 12,210 slots in 2026.
Introduced in 2025, our four fully automated truck loading bays at the Zeebrugge LNG Terminal provide customers with the opportunity to use unassisted services. Currently, more than 200 drivers have been trained, and over 70% of operations are performed using these new unassisted services.
Based on these figures, we will further increase the number of unassisted slots as of Q2 2026.
Training services will continue to be available on weekdays to onboard new drivers. The schedule will be adapted accordingly and organized as outlined below;

How can you Subscribe to the Offered Services
- Read the Terms & Conditions (T&C’s) for the Subscription Window;
- Register as a participant by filling out the Service Request Form for Contracting (SRFC). Submit the binding request for capacity to info.lng@fluxys.com as from 10 December 2025 9 AM CET until 15 December 2025 – 12 PM CET (Noon).
