Fluxys becomes strategic shareholder in Energy One, opening a new growth chapter for GMSL

Brussels, 30 October 2026 – Fluxys today announces the successful completion of a transaction that makes Fluxys the largest shareholder in Energy One Limited (ASX:EOL), while GMSL becomes a wholly owned subsidiary of Energy One supporting the next phase of growth of both GMSL and Energy One.

Since becoming part of the Fluxys Group in 2002, GMSL has grown into a leading provider of software solutions and 24/7 operational services for participants in European gas and power markets.

The transaction marks a new chapter in GMSL's development. The combination of GMSL and Energy One creates a stronger platform with enhanced capabilities and a broader reach, enabling the company to capture future growth opportunities and deliver increasing value to customers across European and global energy markets.
