Fluxys c-grid

Fluxys c-grid was established in 2023 as a subsidiary of Fluxys Belgium, which holds a majority stake of 77.5%. Partners Pipelink and Socofe each hold a 10% stake, and SFPIM holds a 2.5% stake in Fluxys c-grid.

Following our designation by both Wallonia and Flanders as the operator of the regional CO₂ transport network in 2025, Fluxys c-grid is set to develop and operate the CO₂ transport infrastructure across the Belgian territory. This role allows us to support support society in achieving decarbonisation by providing the industry with the necessary CO₂ transport infrastructure. The phased development of the open-access pipeline network in both regions will connect industrial CO₂ emitters with CO₂ exit points towards permanent storage or reuse and will be built in line with market development.
