2019 - Market consultation 38 - Integration of the Electronic Data Platform Agreement in the Standard Connection Agreement
As from 25 June until 5 July 2019 Fluxys Belgium organized a market consultation on the integration of the Electronic Data Platform Agreement in the Standard Connection Agreement.
This integration has been done through the following documents:
- Changes in Annex 6 : Contact Details
- Creation of a new Annex 11 : Electronic Data Platform Agreement
Section 8 "Legislation relating to the protection of privacy" of the Annex 11 has been updated to be compliant with the protection of personal data, in particular the General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR").
