Approved by the CREG
Our general terms and conditions are always approved by the Belgian Commission for Electricity and Gas Regulation (CREG).
We regularly organise market consultations to further optimise our services... because your opinion matters.
If the documents change after a market consultation, we will resubmit them to CREG for approval.
The CREG approved the latest Dutch version of the general terms and conditions on 26 April 2018.
The documents came into force on 3 May 2018. This English translation is provided for information purposes.
Balansys to become "Balancing Operator" in the Belux area
On 26 April 2018, CREG approved the following documents, which will be applicable when the balancing responsibility in the Belux area will be transferred to Balansys.
