Etant donné l’importance de la canalisation transfrontalière BBL pour la transition énergétique, Fluxys et Gasunie ont convenu conjointement d'acheter la participation de 20 % détenue par le copropriétaire Uniper dans la société du gazoduc. Aujourd’hui, Fluxys détient donc 25% et Gasunie 75% de BBL. La transaction a eu lieu suite à l’exercice du droit de préemption de Gasunie et Fluxys. La société BBL possède et exploite un gazoduc bidirectionnel de 235 kilomètres entre Balgzand aux Pays-Bas et Bacton en Grande-Bretagne.

Fluxys TENP GmbH will continue to use biogas to cover a part of its fuel gas requirements.
Fluxys TENP GmbH is tendering natural gas (H-gas) for two delivery corridors: 12 August 2024, 06:00 hours, to 1 October 2024, 06:00 hours (17,163 MWh) and 11 November 2024, 06:00 hours, to 31 December 2024, 06:00 hours (9,634 MWh).
The exact delivery period and the hourly delivery quantities will be communicated by Fluxys TENP to the supplier in good time.
Interested bidders can submit their bids by 27 June 2024 at 14:00 hours at the latest.
The prequalification phase for this tender ends on 21 June 2024 at 14:00 hours.
Fluxys Belgium offers the market the possibility to give a strong signal that the amount of capacity from Belgium to France is still needed by subscribing these capacities during the yearly auctions of July 2024 in the long-term. Therefor, for the capacity subscriptions for period GY2027/2028 until GY2038/39, Fluxys Belgium will only accept and allocated long-term subscriptions, meaning subscriptions for a duration of at least 10 consecutive years.

Bonne nouvelle pour la durabilité du transport longue distance par camions : la deuxième station GNL de Fluxys et du transporteur Mattheeuws a ouvert à deux pas de l'E42 à Houdeng, près de La Louvière.
Maison mère Fluxys a repris la concession du quai 526-528 au Port d'Anvers afin de mettre du gaz naturel liquéfié (GNL) en tant que carburant alternatif à disposition du transport maritime. Il s'agit là d'un des fers de lance de la Société du Port en vue de rendre les activités portuaires plus durables. D'ici la fin 2019, Fluxys étendra également le service actuel d'approvisionnement mobile des navires en GNL grâce à une installation fixe.
