Fluxys Belgium - Market Consultation 73: Changes in the regulated documents to broaden conditions to offer additional services
As part of an ongoing effort to enhance its service offering and offer products aligned with the current market situation, Fluxys Belgium is proposing adjustments to its storage services with a focus on:
- Adaptation of the conditions to offer Additional services
- Update of the reference to the European regulation
- Alignment of the Storage Programme on the Access Code
- Minor linguistic corrections

Through this market consultation that will take place from 24 April 2026 to 8th May 2026 (COB), Fluxys Belgium is proposing adjustments to its regulatory documents for storage.
The shorter consultation period, two weeks instead of the usual three, is motivated by the need to offer customers the most appropriate and competitive service offering in this context of high volatility of the market as well as enabling customers to make the best use of the products in the relevant storage year.
