2016 - Market Consultation 21 - Balancing tariffs applicable in 2017

As from 7 until 27 September 2016, Fluxys Belgium organized a market consultation on the balancing tariffs (Neutrality Charge and  Small Adjustments) applicable in 2017.

On 18 November 2016, CREG asked Fluxys Belgium to introduce a revised tariff proposal where:

• the small adjustment for causers is maintained at its current value of 3%, and
• a non-zero neutrality charge is introduced in order to cover the balancing costs.
