Fluxys signals strong interest to join TAP

Baar, Switzerland. European gas infrastructure group Fluxys is considering taking a shareholding in the Trans Adriatic Pipeline (TAP) project. Discussions between Fluxys and TAP’s shareholders began in 2012. These negotiations are proceeding with a view to include Fluxys as a shareholder in TAP shortly after the Shah Deniz Consortium has de-cided on the preferred European route to bring gas from Azerbaijan.

Fluxys to become partner in Algeria-Europe link

Brussels, 28 December 2012 – Fluxys SA confirms that it has reached an agreement with Endesa and Iberdrola for Fluxys to acquire their stakes in Medgaz, owner and operator of the subsea pipeline flowing gas from Algeria into Spain.
