Data services: WebTrack for end users

Consult and download hourly measurements

WebTrack for end users is an online application that connected companies can use free of charge to consult and download hourly measurements for metered line(s) in their natural gas station(s).

On-line hourly metering information is provided if metering and teletransmission equipment is present on the measured line. For metering lines without hourly teletransmission equipment, hourly metering information is provided with a delay. Metering information comprises:

  • normalised volume;
  • energy (in kWh or GJ);
  • gross-calorific value (in kWh or GJ);
  • temperature;
  • data status:
    • data recorded but not checked yet
    • preliminary checked data
    • definitively validated data
  • gas composition analysis (N2, CO2, Ci, O2, He), if available;
  • gas characteristics (density, Wobbe, Ncv, Kref), if available.

Hourly, daily and monthly views are provided and data history is available back to 3 years. Additionally, the topology submodule provides information on the node composition (line weighting, official name) as well as a history of changes.

Download functionalities

Extended download functionalities are available in different file formats (csv, xml). Both manual and automated downloads are provided. With some programming, the computer system of the user can automatically access WebTrack for end users and perform download functions.

Tips for using search operators

Use "quotation marks" to search for a series of words or a phrase in a specific order.

Boolean operators

You can find a group of words or a phrase by using the link words AND, OR and NOT:
known as Boolean operators, these words are used to combine terms in the search field.

  • AND: All the search terms must be included in the publication. Typing in Apple AND Pear will return publications containing both the word Apple and the word Pear.

  • OR :  At least one of the search terms must be included in the publication. Typing in Apple OR Pear will return publications containing either the word Apple or the word Pear or both.

  • NOT: The term preceded by NOT must not be included in the publication. Typing in Apple NOT Pear will return publications containing the word Apple but not the word Pear.
