Connection Agreement

Standard Connection Agreement

The Standard Connection Agreement formalises the contractual relations between Fluxys and a company connected directly to the Fluxys grid. The agreement sets out the rights and obligations of both parties as regards the natural gas connection and remains in force for as long as the physical connection exists, even if if there is no longer any gas offtake from the connection. The connection agreement is a standard agreement that is the same for all connected companies. It has been approved by CREG on 3 Novembre 2011.
