Chain of controlled undertakings through which the shareholding is effectively held:

  • Status of Publigaz SCRL: no natural or legal person has ultimate control of Publigaz.
  • Status Electrabel SA: Electrabel SA is wholly-owned subsidiary of GDF SUEZ.
  • GDF SUEZ is listed on Euronext.

Additional information: On 5 May 2010 Publigas acquired the entire participation of Electrabel in Fluxys, as stipulated in the agreement entered into on 23 March 2010 between Publigas and Electrabel and finalized in the acquisition agreement of 30 April 2010. Electrabel transferred 233,930 category A shares and 36,600 category D shares to Publigas. The category A shares were automatically converted into category B shares (in accordance with article 7 of the articles of association of Fluxys). Consequently Publigas owns a total participation of 89.97% in Fluxys i.e. 585,237 category B shares and 46,934 category D shares. As a result the GDF SUEZ group has completely withdrawn from the Fluxys capital.
