New regulatory documents for storage approved by CREG
In accordance with the new Code of Conduct, entered into force on the 15th of January 2011, Fluxys has organized formal market consultations about its storage services. Following these market consultations, the Standard Storage Agreement, the Access Code for Storage and the Storage Programme have been approved by CREG on 24 November 2011.

Market consultation about the new regulatory documents for transmission
In the framework of the new Code of Conduct, entered into force on the 15th of January 2011, and aiming at the introduction of a new entry/exit transmission model by the end 2012, Fluxys has launched a formal market consultation on the Access Code for Transmission and the Transmission Programme.
Market players are invited to send by e-mail their remarks and comments with regard to this market consultation until 27 January 2012 (included) to marketing@fluxys.com.

Market consultation about the new regulatory documents for LNG terminalling
On 3 February 2011 Fluxys LNG has launched the binding phase of its market consultation to assess the level of demand for additional capacity at the Zeebrugge LNG terminal. Against this backdrop, Fluxys LNG has drawn up proposals of new regulatory and contractual documents for LNG terminalling services associated with the envisaged capacity enhancement:
- Standard LNG terminalling agreement (contractual terms and conditions)
- LNG terminalling programme (services offered at the Zeebrugge LNG terminal)
- LNG access code (access rules and procedures)
Pursuant to the new Code of Conduct entered into force on 15 January 2011, Fluxys has launched a formal market consultation about these proposals. Market players are invited to send by e-mail their remarks and comments with regard to this market consultation before 22 September 2011 (included) to info.lng@fluxys.com.

Market consultation about changes to the Standard Connection Agreement
In the framework of the new Code of Conduct, entered into force on the 15th of January 2011, Fluxys has launched a formal market consultation about changes to the Standard Connection Agreement.
The Standard Connection Agreement formalises the contractual relations between Fluxys and a company connected directly to the Fluxys grid. The agreement sets out the rights and obligations of both parties as regards the natural gas connection and is the same for all connected companies.
Companies directly connected to the Fluxys grid are invited to send by e-mail their remarks and comments with regard to this market consultation before 24 July 2011 (included) to marketing@fluxys.com.
