A Fluxys patrol officer will come to the site free of charge
- The patrol officer marks out the course of the pipeline using paint or markers.
- He or she discusses the layout of the pipeline and goes through Fluxys safety requirements with the site manager or the crane-driver.
- The patrol officer draws up a report containing the agreements reached. The site manager or the crane driver signs the report, as well as the patrol officer so each of part has proof that the rules have been followed.
- The patrol officer is present in subsequent stages of the work, particularly when carrying out delicate earthworks in the immediate area of the pipeline.
Do not remove under any circumstances the markers or markings placed by the Fluxys patrol officer.
