Capacity allocation procedure
Grid users eligible for reserving storage services need to conclude a framework agreement for storage services known as a 'LSA' for Loenhout or a 'VSA' for Virtual Storage.

Reserving storage services with Fluxys: send a Storage Service Request Form
Grid users who have concluded a framework agreement for storage services can request storage services by returning a Storage Service Request Form to Fluxys.
Loenhout storage: available capacities
After the first allocation round for Loenhout storage services 15 April 2011 – 14 April 2012, the following standard bundle units and conditional injection/withdrawal capacities remain available to the market:

These capacities are available on a First Committed, First served basis as from 1 April 2011 at 10:00h (CET). Please use our Storage Service Request form for Contracting to make binding requests and mail it to info.transport@fluxys.com.

Virtual storage in 2011: easy natural gas parking and lending at any time
On 1 December 2010 Fluxys launched a binding market consultation for subscribing to a yearly contract for virtual storage services starting 1 January 2011. The virtual storage service offers system users an opportunity to optimize their portfolio according to gas price levels, to compensate for imbalances between their entry and exit gas flows and to boost the flexibility for domestic transmission.
