Main Conditions

The Main Conditions for LNG terminalling services outline the basic principles of the model in which Fluxys LNG provides LNG terminalling services. These LNG terminalling services cover receiving and unloading and loading activities of LNG carriers, cycling storage, regasification and injection into the Fluxys network. The document was approved by CREG on 17 June 2004.

Network Code

The Network Code for Terminalling comprises all the procedures used by Fluxys LNG and the terminal users for executing terminalling contracts. The Network Code for Terminalling was approved by CREG on 7 December 2006.

Tariffs

Tariffs for LNG terminalling services are multi-annual tariffs for the period 2007-2027 and have been approved by CREG on 30 September 2004.

Indicative Terminalling Programme

The Indicative Terminalling Programme describes all of Fluxys LNG’s regulated terminalling services. The programme details the services currently available and the new services that Fluxys LNG is planning to develop. Fluxys LNG updates the document on a yearly basis, and the updates cover the following two years. The Indicative Terminalling Programme 2010-2011 was approved by CREG on 15 September 2009.
