Fluxys LNG client Extranet

The Fluxys LNG customer Extranet is a secure website comprising a group of online applications enabling the Zeebrugge LNG Terminal users to download operational data relating to the terminalling business:

  • Annual and monthly unloading schedules; 
  • Current and scheduled unloading; 
  • Hourly details of send-out and storage capacity rights; 
  • Details of scheduled maintenance and unavailability; 
  • Allocation data and hourly metering data; 
  • Data enabling the terminal user to follow-up his LNG volume in cycling storage and also the total volume in the LNG terminal;
  • Details about invoiced items.


The Fluxys LNG customer Extranet also enables access to the system for automatically reserving short-term send-out and storage capacities. Since it is a secure application, terminal users must first register before they can gain access.

Download functionalities

Extensive download functionalities are available for various file formats (csv, xml). Manual and automated download are possible. Through simple programming, the user's information system can automatically access the various applications and execute uploads/downloads on a regular basis.

 

How to access?

Terminal users interested in using the LNG Extranet must sign a contract with Fluxys LNG. Each user must also follow the registration procedure with the Commercial department in order to access the system. This process involves:

  • filling in an application access form, specifying the particulars of the user and his or her role in the system; 
  • registering the public key certificate with the Fluxys IT department (issued by a reputable certification authority) to guarantee data security.

Tips for using search operators

Use "quotation marks" to search for a series of words or a phrase in a specific order.

Boolean operators

You can find a group of words or a phrase by using the link words AND, OR and NOT:
known as Boolean operators, these words are used to combine terms in the search field.

  • AND: All the search terms must be included in the publication. Typing in Apple AND Pear will return publications containing both the word Apple and the word Pear.

     

  • OR :  At least one of the search terms must be included in the publication. Typing in Apple OR Pear will return publications containing either the word Apple or the word Pear or both.

     

  • NOT: The term preceded by NOT must not be included in the publication. Typing in Apple NOT Pear will return publications containing the word Apple but not the word Pear.
