Personal induction programme
All employees joining Fluxys follow a personal induction programme. During the trial period you’re familiarised with your new working environment and our activities by visiting facilities among others.

To keep our staff’s competencies and skills up to date, we regularly organise internal and external training courses. Besides technical knowledge, linguistic skills are regularly refreshed through customised courses.
